Conference Fees: Conference deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and are due by the dates stipulated below. The last day to request delegate fee refunds is listed below.

Deadlines and Fee Due Dates
June 1st: Pre-registration deadline. Full payment is due. Country and Committee requests will not be considered until payment is made in full.
August 31st: Priority registration deadline. Full payment is due. Country and Committee requests will not be considered until payment is made in full.
October 5th: Regular registration deadline. Full payment is due. Country and Committee requests will not be considered until payment is made in full.
November 1st: Late registration deadline. Full payment is due. Country and Committee requests will not be considered until payment is made in full.
